Our Story: From Spa to Medical Massage Clinic
Novum began as a traditional massage spa. Over time, we saw what our clients needed most. Many came in for more than relaxation. They came because their back ached every morning, because an old injury still limited them, or because training had left their bodies tight and sore.
So we chose to grow with them.
Today, Novum is becoming a medical massage clinic. We built our approach around targeted, condition-specific care while keeping the warmth and comfort our clients have always loved. This change is a deliberate step toward what massage can be: a real, measurable part of your health and recovery.
Under the leadership of owner Lynda Gonzales, our team has grown to 17 practitioners. We are proud to serve Tucson from our office on North Oracle Road, and we look forward to growing further with a planned east side location.

Our 50-minute Medical Based Massage goes beyond a standard session. Through condition-specific treatment planning, we address chronic pain, injury, and limited mobility. Your plan may include:

From weekend warriors to dedicated competitors, we help active people train harder and recover faster with:
- Sports Massage and Sports Recovery Massage
- Pre-event Massage to wake up muscles and improve flexibility
- Post-event Massage to relax tired muscles and support recovery
- Assisted Stretching to expand range of motion
- Deep Tissue Massage for the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue
Gentle, Restorative Options
Healing doesn't always require deep pressure. We also offer:
- 90-minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage to encourage the body's natural drainage of lymph
- Craniosacral Therapy, a light-touch approach often used for headaches and neck and back tension
- Swedish Massage and Effleurage for relaxation and circulation
Advanced Tools
Our therapists can add Cupping Therapy to improve blood flow and decompress tight tissue, helping you get more from every session.

Your First Visit
- Appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins, so every client gets our full attention.
- Plan for about 60 minutes for your first visit.
- No special requirements. Just bring yourself and your goals.
- Consultations are available for a $50 fee.
- Clients must be 20 or older.
- Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged the full service price.
