ATTENTION Novum Massage CLIENTS
- We require 24hr cancelation notice or Full-Service Price/1 package credit will be Due.
- We require all clients to have an active/valid card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Gratuity can be done in cash or via Venmo, Zelle, Cash-App to your therapist.
- iBalanceSpa Gift Cards/Packages will no longer be honored at Novum Massage
- If you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining duration of your session.
- There will be NO REFUNDS Issued on Novum Massage Memberships. Gift Cards or Massage Packages. NO REFUNDS.
- Please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your session.
- All package durations must be fully booked, a lesser duration from a package purchase will require full payment or the forfeit of any unused credits.
- We are no longer offering the following services: Couples massages (Only during Valentines week), 75-min & 2-hour Session
Membership Restrictions
- Memberships cannot be shared, they are per person only
- Memberships are only charged on the 15th of each month
- Memberships can only be paused for Snowbirds or Medical Time-Off
- Memberships cannot be refunded
- Memberships once canceled cannot be reactivated
- Only 1 upgrade per service is permitted with membership plan
- Punch card punches are only Valid with each membership paid session, not Valid as a punch for any free sessions, including free Bday massage
- Membership Credits are not transferable
- We do require a $25 Membership Initial Registration Fee for all New Members
- As of Jan 1st, 2026 – Monthly Membership will increase to $29.99/month per person
