Lynda Gonzales is the Founder of Novum Massage, bringing over 20 years of practice to our team. With an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy, a Bachelors Degree in Health & Wellness and a Masters Degree in Health Education, Lynda provides a holistic and personalized approach to Massage Therapy. Her specialties include neck and shoulder release, targeted towards chronic upper body tension, headaches, and stress management. Lynda's sessions incorporate a blend of medium to firm pressure, therapeutic and pain management techniques, hot towels or stones, and aromatherapy for a complete experience.

Cody is a highly skilled massage therapist with extensive experience in spa, sports medicine, and chiropractic settings. With a diverse background, he is able to provide a wide range of client-focused care. Cody specializes in injury management, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. His approach focuses on delivering long-term full-body relief to his clients.

I have over seven years of experience in the massage therapy industry, specializing in a wide range of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage, and rehabilitation and pain management. I am also skilled in injury management massage therapy. In addition to these techniques, I offer cupping, CBD, and essential oil upgrades to enhance the overall massage experience for my clients. With my expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service, I strive to help individuals improve their physical well-being and find relief from pain and discomfort.

I have over 12 years of experience in massage therapy, with a primary focus on working independently overseas in Okinawa, Japan, specifically with military personnel and their families. My approach to massage sessions is results-focused, utilizing an integrative therapeutic flow that incorporates deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial techniques, and cupping. In 2012, I attended the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy to further enhance my skills and knowledge in this field.

Ruben is a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist with a strong foundation in anatomy and a no-nonsense approach to his work. With expertise in various massage techniques, including Myofacial work, Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretching, and Sports Massage, Ruben offers a wide range of pressure options to cater to individual needs. He also excels in relaxation/spa massage, ensuring a soothing and rejuvenating experience for his clients. Graduating from Gateway Community College and with several years of industry experience, Ruben's dedication and passion for his craft make him an invaluable asset to Novum Massage.

NaNa is a highly experienced massage therapist with 7 years of industry experience. She graduated from the prestigious New Jersey School of Massage Therapy, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the human body. NaNa has a unique approach to her sessions, incorporating soft tissue manipulation, reflexology points, energy work, and myofascial release. Her goal is to not only address physical discomfort but also to alleviate emotional pain within the body. NaNa's sessions are exclusively full-body treatments, as she believes in achieving a holistic mind and body response for her clients.

I am a DIHA graduate of 2004 with over 20 years of experience in the field of massage therapy. My expertise lies in various techniques, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, stretching, and realigning muscle fibers. I prioritize tailoring the pressure and approach to each individual's needs and preferences, always mindful of their comfort and wellbeing. Despite my extensive experience, I am still passionate about learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

With an extensive background working in multiple Forbes 5-Star Resorts nationwide, Natalie brings a unique  gift that spans over a variety of areas, from Massage Therapy and Reflexology to Cosmetology, Certified Yoga Instruction, and even Culinary Arts. She is dedicated to providing exceptional 5-Star service to each and every client, utilizing my diverse skillset to create a personalized treatment plan that meets their individual needs.

I have over 15 years of experience in the industry, with 7 of those years spent studying abroad in Thailand. During my time there, I gained extensive knowledge of Thai Massage and Thai Medical Massage while working alongside the clinicians of Ayurvedic Holistic Modalities. I am highly passionate about maintaining the integrity of these practices and their ability to provide healing results for my clients. In addition to my expertise in Thai Massage, I also offer deep tissue and stretch sessions to maximize the benefits for my clients.

I am a graduate of Carrington College, where I began my journey into the chosen career path of Massage Therapy in 2021. With 3 years of experience in the industry, I have found a great love for deep tissue massage. My arsenal of skills also includes Trigger Point Release, Myofascial, and Lymphatic Drainage. I spend my time dissecting target areas of pain with my clients in order to achieve optimal relief and restoration. I enjoy doing 90min Sessions with my clients which allows me plenty of time to work effectively.

I am a skilled massage therapist with four years of experience, specializing in Thai massage and mind-body connection. I am certified in manual lymphatic drainage and craniosacral therapy, which I integrate to promote deep relaxation and healing with a holistic approach. I tailor each session to support physical and emotional well-being, and am passionate about helping clients restore balance by creating a nurturing space for relaxation and renewal.

As a five-year graduate of the Cortiva Institute, I have developed expertise in various massage techniques such as Deep Tissue, MyoFacial, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, and Sports massage. In addition to these techniques, I also incorporate stretching and hydrotherapy into my sessions to provide ultimate relief from pain and discomfort.
